Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

Travel and Living Collection offer a refund or exchange on full priced items only. Notification must be given to us within 7 days of receiving the item, and must be returned within 14 days. Upon receiving the return we will refund your monies within 2 days.

Strictly no refunds are issued for reduced/sale items. Exchanges will incur an additional $30 charge to cover additional handling and postage costs.

To return an item, please contact us. We must receive prior email notification before the return can be accepted.

Items must be returned in new condition with all packaging as originally received. Returns must be sent in an appropriate manner to prevent damage in transit. We highly recommend sending via registered post. 

International purchases will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Postage costs incurred in the exchange of items will need to be covered by the purchaser.

Please notify us immediately if we have sent you the wrong item or your item is defective. Item must be returned to us within 14 days.

Please note that colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor.

Once you have received authorisation from us, mail your product to Travel & Living Collection, PO Box 6290, South Bunbury, Western Australia, AU 6230.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
