Physical goods

After ordering online you will receive a Confirmation Email from Travel & Living Collection with your order details. Please ensure all details on this email are correct. We do not accept responsibility for delivery if you provide an invalid address.

For goods in stock we will endeavour to send your goods via Australia Post within 3 working days. If the goods are unavailable we will contact you to advise this. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at travelandlivingcollection@gmail.com.

From time to time, Travel & Living Collection runs free shipping promotions. To be notified by email please subscribe at our website. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order at checkout.

Shipping times are dependent on Australia Post. For domestic delivery we estimate between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. International shipping times vary. Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstance such as natural disaster, strike, transport complications etc.

Travel & Living Collection is not responsible for lost packages that have been successfully shipped.
